Ministry of Health in Partnership with Roperfree geared to fight Malaria & COVID-19 in Pilgrims During Uganda Martyrs’ Day Celebrations
By Roperfree Uganda Martyrs Day Celebrations are on high gear after the country spent 2 years in lockdown due to COVID-19 which caused Uganda to save more lives than many other countries around the world, this was attributed to the readiness of Uganda Healthcare System which knew its weakness but with dedicated medical workers many lives were saved. Uganda observed what happened in Asian and the Western Countries especially, Europe and USA and played a card “of prevention is better than cure” plus encouraging people to eat organic herbal foods and drinks as COVID-19 had no known medicine plus lockdown which took long than many other countries until the masses started to get immunized and it was eased up until later on when the economy was fully opened up. Uganda had experience because it has been battling many tough diseases such as; malaria, cholera etc & stopped the importation of Ebola from neighboring country so with COVID -19, Uganda had a very good game plan and it won!
