The COVID-19 is Starting to Bite in Toronto Supermarkets
The COVID-19 is starting to bite in Toronto
supermarkets which are sweeping dry with essential commodities I visited my local No Frills supermarket a
throw stone away and I could not believe the long queue and many empty shelves!
Beef and other types of edible meats the shelves
were empty and same applies to such food stuffs like potatoes, bananas etc even
the veggies section it was same story.
Someone wonders what is going to happen once the
food stuffs dries out completely, jobs have started to be affected same applies
to the education systems as some schools are likely to close until the wave of COVID-19
cools down but at the moment, there is no solution except to be vigilant and
taking good personal hygiene procedures.
Apart from the simple requirements of personal hygiene to
combat COVID-19 but according what I
read about in regards to the virus, it spreads fast and in multiple.
I have received an audio message via WhatsApp going
viral recommending us to take garlic and drink lots of water.
According to healthline.com, garlic is traditionally
used to treat colds and coughs. It’s also reported to boost the immune system
and help ease asthma symptoms. Arab traditional medicine recommended garlic to
help treat heart disease, high blood pressure, arthritis, toothache,
constipation, and infections.
