By Roperfree  The increased cases of typhoid and malaria have caused public health concern in Masaka, according to health authorities; the public are advised to use the available preventative tools to fight malaria and typhoid.  Great news is that by the start of this year, 2026, the National Malaria Control Program under the Ministry of Health Uganda has started a national distribution of mosquito bednets & sooner or later, Masaka District will be saved from the rising cases of malaria.
