Freedah (Musawo) was very vibrant, happy, eager to learn, and determined to master the skills of business. The writer remembers how she used to come to Kabale Busega Store almost every Saturday. She did not come only to shop, but also to be mentored and motivated by Mr. Kasumba, the proprietor of Kabale Busega Stores Ltd. Mr. Kasumba encouraged Musawo to remain committed to business and to work hard, assuring her that she would become successful. Today, Musawo speaks highly of Mr. Kasumba and credits his encouragement and mentorship for helping her build a successful and vibrant business.
