Don Wanyama told the BBC reporter: "Just look at the photo and you will see the type of hair. It's an unnatural wig; he was saying she should wear her natural hair."
It is such a Xmas gift for entire Uganda and Santa has come early to the Pearl of Africa.
Did you know that one half of the world's population lives in areas at risk of malaria?  Approximately 214 million people become infected each year. 15 countries accounted for 80% of malaria cases and 78% of deaths in 2017; 89% cases and 91% of deaths, moreover, occurred in sub Saharan Africa.

On the other hand, National Malaria Control Program with their campaign 2018 of free distribution insecticidal treated mosquito nets and indoor residue spraying to almost all the districts of Uganda has greatly reduced mosquitoes, resulting into reduced mortality and morbidity rates.

As Uganda to effectively reduce rate of malaria cases, extra miles has to be taken by the Ministry of Health under with its department of National Malaria Control Program to make new strategies of buying and supplying free mosquito repellents to the public especially the most venerable such as; children below age of 5 years, pregnant mothers, elderly, refugees and displaced people.
