Malaria Kills More People in Uganda Than COVID-19
By Ropefree The Uganda government and the public at large should take malaria very seriously because kills more people than anticipated due the spike of COVID-19 and the number rising of COVID-19 many of them had the underlying diseases of malaria. Ever since the year started, maximum attention has been given to COVID-19 abandoning the actual number one killer disease which is malaria. Many have learned to sanitiser & hand wash all the time, masks all over, but have you stopped to make comparison? Uganda has lost almost 98 to COVID-19 the same number we lose every week to malaria. We are not trying to down play one disease and promote the other but over 45 million of the country’s population is at risk of malaria and COVID-19 while having underlying sickness such as malaria would speed up the chances of succumbing to COVID-19 and verse versa.
